so i've banned myself from the poker sites using the software that was posted here. I hope to irradicate my gambling problems, one day at a time but the main worry is when i get my so called big pay 400 quid.

As you might seen on many posts here, it truly helps to handle your finances to someone you trust, carry as little cash with you as you need for the time and get all the barriers in place possible. K9 protection is a good blocking software which is also free. You only need to ask someone you trust to put password in for you.
Use your diary to help in your recovery. Vent out your feelings, record your journey. There are a lot of support out here, we are all the same and fully understand what you are going through.
