DAY 116

Good day at work today and have only just sat down after cooking dinner, doing some washing and other jobs around parents house, whilst they are away.

Getting into a lovely habit of getting to bed early nowadays during the week, watching a bit of TV, Relaxing and going to sleep by 10pm. I guess I'm getting old or just enjoying my normal life :-0

DAY 117

Cheers Mr Woody and Duncan for your words.

Today was fixtures day Duncan, I'm well happy with Spurs, Stoke, Sunderland and Man Utd first four games. So pleased to be a season ticket holder, already planning trip to Old Trafford 🙂

DAY 120 Today, going t0 watch the rugby then some films. Got £20 left until end of next week to have a haircut and get a bit of food in, that's about it, SKINT isn't the word! Still pleased to be coping well, although the medication's giving me sleeping problems, which I'll have to bring up with the doctor.

Hi Wilsy.

Glad to see you are still doing well. I bet your Monday's aren't as hateful as when they included gambling.

Take care.

DAY 123

Thanks Feb for your last post you are right Mondays or any days are far less hateful without gambling in them.

Quite a productive day at work today very productive and spoke to parents in France, they are so happy about how well I am doing. They've told me not to stress about moving out in October, they'll talk to me when they get back in 4 months and they know it isn't realistic and that can't afford it. Just determined to stay gamble free all the time they are gone. 🙂
