So today will be day 4 of no gambling. I got paid last night and it was so strange not logging in to slots and gambling, I did wake up thinking I had done it again but logged into my bank and my moneys not been touched. One thing I'm thankful for though is even though I've gambled the last few weeks, I've still had enough money to do our weekly food shop, although it was on a budget. I'm working today at 10am so I've wrote a shopping list for my partner and this time I've not had to worry about what we need as we have plenty of money to get a proper food shop.Â
I do feel kind of strange today though, like I have slight urges and feel abit anxious, but I'm signed upto gamstop so I know I'm safe. I'm going to carry on with my diary and if I find the courage ,I might visit chat.
