Again ty for the kind words sir.
Day 16 now my new credit card came today it only has a small limit on it so it can get me through the month and can use it for emergencies, i was not tempted at all to gamble with it just used it for cigs and oyster card.
Feeling good today becuase got lots of writing done, iam working on a series of historical poems

Hi Rob... what's up pal? Let me know and I'll try to help. That's some serious science. You should be proud of yourself. Think how few people know what you're talking about. You're gifted. I like science but I'd even struggle to converse sensibly on those areas.

Hi Rob,

Good to hear you’re still lurking around. I wish I had all the answers but I don’t, but what I can say is my life is getting better by the day through not gambling, reading what you said I’m not sure if you are still gambling a bit, if that is the case come payday it won’t last long as you know you will try and solve all your financial problems in one go and that won’t happen even if you do win you will only give it back.

How is Uni going you must of started that new course now? From what you’re saying I assume your still at your brothers which I know is not easy.

What I would say is keep reading on here and update your diary, I know I took some great inspiration in them poems you wrote and that must be a good release for you.

Things will get better just keep going one day at a time

I’ll be on Chat tonight for 8-9 drop in and we can have a catch up.

KTF
