First step...have you rang gamecare...they are amazing and heard it all before so won't be shocked or judge...best thing I done...all of a sudden it was like a switch had been clicked...like you ..it just sneaks up on us...and dollop...we are in trouble....triangle is 3sides that aid you to gamble...time..money..location...remove at least one and you can't play....I excluded from sites..and got software block on devices so I can't play even if I wanted to....have you confided in anybody about your gambling...as you know I'm new here as well but loads of others will help you ....good luck love and stay in touch xx

Thanks Loxxie, I downloaded K9 today, I have done a spreadsheet of my finances to focus on and I'm coming on here as a reminder. To be honest I know I need to do more, got cool offs in place but know I need to change them to excludes. No half measures I guess. There's things I want to do with my money, cancelled too many invites as I've gambled my money, I think socially a lot of people think I'm being unfriendly when in reality I accept their invitation with good intentions. I want to change all that, get back to who I really am. I understand you not wanting to stress hubby and if you can deal with it without him knowing then I hope like I intend that we can come through the other side. This site seems great for support.
