recovering from gambling last gamble 27th december 2013

its been 20 days since my last gamble, I felt a bit better today spent some of my money bought a new pair of boots went to van hague today and the range.

its been 21 days since my last gamble it shall soon be a month and then two months and three im pleased that ive stopped gambling after losing 600 21 days ago.

Life can only get better not gambling I need to buy a birthday card for my nephew who is going to be 8 years of age while I was gambling before I would of forgotten their birthdays of my neice and nephews.

its been 22 days since my last gamble im feeling a bit better. tomorrow is Tuesday I get weighed at slimming world im on a diet and need to loose 2 stone. ive lost a stone and a half but im finding it difficult to loose more weight. I wake up feeling depressed every day I have no job im a compulsive gambler and I feel terrible. I just want to get a job for 14 hours a week anyone got any ideas I used to be a carer.

its 23 days since my last gamble im feeling a bit better its gamblers anonymous meeting tonight, not sure if I m going to go as the weather don't look too good. I cant believe that I gambled 23 days ago

its been 24 days since my last gamble ive had a good day today Saturday im going to my brothers house to see my nephews one who is 6 and the other is 8 years old its going to be the 8 year olds birthday.ive bought both my nephews a bag of haribos each and for my nephew 8 year birthday a alien catapult.

its been 25 days since my last gamble, my friend has gone missing she had a row with her mum and run out of whipps cross hospital. I lost 600 25 days ago I gambled online I wish I hadn't and it still don't seem real. my mum and dad don't know I gambled this time they know ive gambled loads in the past though my mum would be furious if she found out.

Thanks for the post on my diary. You are doing well nearly a month gamble free. If you do get an urge try and see the negatives of acting on that urge rather than what it might 'win you'. So you could think more about how your mum would feel if you did act on the urge, Has been working for me but is easier said than done.

its been 26 days since my last gamble, im doing well since I lost 600 26 days ago

my friend is not well at the moment going through mental health issues like I was in February 2013 I ve not been well for a long time it shall be 2 years next year. im going to my brothers house this Saturday he is really rich and is building his own house he has a boy of 6 and another boy of 8 he has done really well for himself. if I hadn't of gambled I could of had 80k in the bank or even more soul destroying it is.

its been 27 days since my last gamble today, im doing well back on track since my last slip I nearly managed 10 months gambling free but I had a relapse 27 days ago. Im just watching the x factor.

It's been 31 days since my last gamble I'm doing well it was my mums birthday today had nice pie and mash in Romford today

its been 32 days since my last gamble, im doing well i feel terrible for losing £600 all those days ago though,

i really need to find a job im getting bored at home.

Cheers for comments on my diary. You have gone nearly a year i nearly went a year but got complacent you can do it again dont beat yourself up about the £600 you be able to get that back and more if you stay away from gambling

its been 33 days since my last gamble im feeling a bit better about losing that £600,

i just need to save a certain amount of money a month and i will get that money back.

i really need to find a job though and get back to work.

its been 34 days since my last gamble im feeling much better over losing that £600, i went out with a friend and her mum today and my friend bought £110 worth of things for her fish tank. Had a nice look around at the fish, kois were massive.
