recovering from gambling last gamble 27th december 2013

Its been 35 days since my last gamble im feeling a bit better after losing £600 i still feel really bad for not telling my parents but i really dont want to upset them.

its been 36 days since my last gamble im feeling a bit better about losing £600 was such alot of money to lose as im not working ive not worked for 2 years in february, ive applied to work back at my old job which i was signed of sick for i hope that i can get my old job back. my compaines i used to work for are not giving me good references so i wont be able to get a job if they dont.

I know how hard it is to come to terms with money lost. I lost over £900 over 4 days of gambling on the machines. Ive been clean 3 days now (assuming I get through the rest of today) and I continue to feel awful.

I hope that you are able to get your old job back. Work, besides bringing the money in... it helps to structures the week and stops us becoming too bored... another trigger, atleast it is for me.

its been 38 days since my last gamble i went to my friends house today for dinner, had salmon and veg and new potatoes then had a blueberry muffin for afters and chocolate custard i didnt like the chocolate custard though.

i really dont want to gamble anymore im going step areobics tonight and im going to try and keep busy.

its been 39 days since my last gamble im doing well at stopping i never want to gamble again but i always say that all i want is for me to get my job back and to start earning some money.

41 days since ive not gambled my car has gone wrong the clutch or something is wrong with it not going into 1st gear, i hope it dont cost that much money to be fixed seeing as i lost £600 to gambling 41 days ago. 'Things just seem to go from bad to worse not having much luck.

its been 42 days since my last gamble, ive not told my parents that i gambled 42 days ago and lost £600 im very stressed about my car it needs to be fixed i think the clutch might of gone but we are not sure until the mechanic comes and looks at it.

thanks emily sorry you lost money on friday i know how it feels i felt terrible when i relapsed 42 days ago.

It's been 45 days since my last gamble I'm feeling ok still can't believe I gave into gambling then and lost 600 pounds my car has gone wrong as we'll and is going to cost me 230 pounds to be fixed. Things go from bad to worse when I'm gambling thankfully I've not gambled in 45 days

its 46 days since ive not gambled im doing well back on the right track im going back to my gamblers anoymous meeting tuesday,

It's been 47 days without a gamble I'm doing well since I lost that 600 pounds 47 days ago just got to think how much I can save by not gambling

its been 49 days since my last gamble im hoping to get a call from my old job so i can get my job back tomorrow,

ive got my driving license back so i can drive i feel nervous about driving though because ive not drove in about 2 years in february next year.
