63 days since ive not had a gamble the days seem to be going really fast ive been keeping busy and selling things on ebay,

i keep on thinking i can win that £600 back but i know in reality thats not going to happen more likely to loose more money and then i will never get that money back either once it is gambled away.

i must not give in to the evil demond of gambling.

Hey stop,

Well done on 64 days, from what I have read on here with some folks who have abstained for a good few months and then have a relapse, for some it's harder after that relapse, so hats off to you, you have picked yourself up and carried on with your recovery.

Think of 99 red balloons and just let that 600 go, the addiction is nothing to do with the money, it wants to self destruct us in every way, the money you have lost is painful I know, but that addiction wants you to think it's the end of the world and its not, that is how deceptive this addiction is.

You are doing fantastic, keep going stop,

Suzanne xx

Hi stop,

Well done on your continued journey. I guess it is hard to part with the money you hav lost two months ago, but please believe me it is for the better if you let it go.

Today matters the most and you're doing brilliantly well!! Be proud and keep making the right choice.

Take care

Hi Stop,

Congratulations on 67 days, you're doing brilliantly well.

I've got to agree with Suzanne and Sandra, I know £600 is a lot of money but you have to try and let it go or it'll slowly drive you mad.

Have a lovely time with your friend this weekend, have a good old gossip and do something nice together, something you enjoy. You've worked hard to get to 67 days and you've more than earned a fun filled weekend
