thanks Jamie.

I wish I could just forget about the money that ive lost I guess I will feel better as the time goes bye on, I only live once so I need to make the most of my life and not waste it worrying about what I have done spent on gambling.

its been 54 days since I last gambled, I went shopping today to buy a new coat I got 20% of so I was pleased my coat was £45 but cost me £36. it was nice to treat myself instead of spending it on gambling on the 27th December 2013 I spent £440.

its been 56 days I haven't gambled for,

I miss counted, i had a nice chicken sweet chili chicken wrap from macdonalds. im pleased that ive not spent any of my savings on gambling today, ive given my mum my savings book so I cant touch that money I wish that I had done that sooner. im worried that no one will want to know me when im older because ive been a gambler. im also worried that my work have found out that im a gambler, and there fore I wont be able to go back to work.

Hey stop,

Well done on your days free - for some reason I had you at 50 on Sunday, but if you check in on the challenge thread before this Sunday with a quick update on how things are and your cleans days tally I'll get it all updated.

Really well done, you're doing great. As a previous poster said, the losses are losses, you can't get them back without risking more. Best being where you are now and leaving the losses in the past and looking forward to the future.

Well done, keep it up and don't forget your check in!!

Mr B

Well done on your progress so far stop. What you've achieved so far is very impressive to somebody like me on day one.

My Mum said to me that I should be addicted to something good for me if I've got to have an addiction. Seeing as you've mentioned your savings quite a lot, perhaps you can focus on savings and watching the money going up.

Better that than watching them going down into the pockets of the bookies.

Hope you continue making progress.

All the best.

LW

hey stop

well done on day 58- just wanted to say try selling a few unwanted clothes, household items, collectables etc on *******. You can do it from home and it will bring in a few extra quid and take your mind off things when you watch the bids come in. Just a thought anyway!

Best Wishes

Linda
