Thanks SA its been 70 days since my last gamble, I went to aerobics last night and felt a bit better was exhausted and slept well. All I want to do is get my driving license back and go back to work as soon as possible. The doctors have given me tablets that keep me stable and on one level. I did think about gambling today but just switched off that thought because I don't have the money to gamble with as im not working I have my savings but I don't want to dip into those.

Keep strong,

its been 73 days since my last gamble, I had a lay in today my parents went out shopping. I cant believe that I spent £440 on gambling 73 days ago what a waste of money that could of been spent on nicer things like new clothes I don't understand why I gambled but so pleased that im stopping now.
