Hey Stop,

I totally agree that gambling can really mess with your head........but the mess in your head can also lead to gambling. Understand what the triggers are.....is it the mental health issues that trigger the gambling or the gambling that triggers the mental health issues? Try to work that out and resolve it at the root of the cause.

its been 79 days since my last gamble, I went to my brothers house today he is building his own house from scratch. Helped loaded bricks up to the second floor of the building. pleased with myself for not gambling, I just need to get back to work and earn some money.

79 days im on day 2 some will be on day 1

good day to enjoy tomorrow itll be day 80

its been 80 days since my last gamble, im doing well at stopping gambling just have to keep myself busy and not think of gambling. my friend is coming to stay in a few weeks time.

its been 81 days since my last gamble today, im feeling a bit better I never want to gamble again, my friend is coming to stay in a few weeks time so that will be nice.

its been 82 days since my last gamble ive been to slimming world today and then im going to gamblers anonymous later.

thanks its been 82 days today, ive had the urges to gamble but I haven't .

83 days today ive not had a gamble there is not a day that goes by that I don't forget how much money ive lost though. im off sick from work at the moment been off sick for over a year now, hope I can get back to work soon.

its been 86 days since my last gamble, Im doing well, went out to a market today and bought some fruit and had pie and mash was a nice day out it feels cold today though not yet summer but its just around the corner cant wait.

its been 87 days since my last gamble im starting to feel good nearly 3 months.

its been 88 days since my last gamble, I go to gamblers anonymous tomorrow night. I should be feeling great but im not I want to be working really im off work sick at the moment and Im bored.
