its been 89 days since my last gamble, I went to slimming world tonight and lost 2 pounds I weigh 13 stone 8 pound still another 2 stone to loose.
its been 90 days since my last gamble im going step aerobics this afternoon, I feel terrible every day for the amount of money I lost.
its been 91 days since my last gamble I see my doctors on the 1st april hopefully they can say I can drive.
its been 92 days today since my last gamble, im going westfield shopping centre with my friend today.

its been 93 days since my last gamble, im feeling good my friend is down from Coventry visiting me we are off out to the pub tonight.

its been 96 days since my last gamble im off to gamblers anonymous tonight which is helping me a lot. my friend has gone home now she was down from Coventry and we had a nice weekend went shopping to westfield shopping centre and went to the cinema had a night out Saturday night to the pub it was good.
its been 97 days since my last gamble, I went swimming today im feeling a bit depressed because Im not working at the moment I need to find a job.
its been 98 days since my last gamble, not doing much today just relaxing at home im not working at the moment so that is all I can doo I lost a fortune gambling.
Well done stop on ur milestone. Be proud!! Nearly treble figures, way to go!! As of work take it easy and calmly, I hope you can go back soon enough.

its been a 100 days since my last gamble, im feeling a bit better about it but im shocked at how much money I have wasted to gambling I went to see my doctors and they said I still cannot drive so I was disappointed about that.
