its been 105 days since I last gambled over three months im doing well I don't miss gambling I just want my job back and I want to go to work.
its been 106 days since I last gambled I don't even think about wanting to gamble anymore but im finding it hard to deal with all the pain it has caused me, and all the hard work I did to earn that money what I lost.
its been 107 days since I last gambled I have done well.

That is a great achievement! I am on day 11 and feel good. You have to forget the past and move on. What has happened has, forget the money, heartache etc and move on. Some people end up in the gutter with nothing...

its been 112 days today since my last gamble im feeling good I still get the urge to gamble but I know I cant I cooked dinner today for my mum and dad sausage onions mash and broccoli it tasted really good.
its been 113 days since my last gamble I went to Romford market today and my mum bought me new shoes and a dress for my birthday next month.
Its been 115 days since my last gamble, nearly 4 months im doing well.
its been 116 days since my last gamble Im doing well last time I tried to stop I managed to stop for 6 months. I got 4 more days and I stopped gambling for 4 months I find it amazing how I used to gamble all my wages terrible thing I used to doo.
Its been 119 days since my last gamble and im feeling good ive put on weight and i really need to loose some weight.
its been 120 days since my last gamble im feeling good my dad lost my car keys today so it was very stressful morning, but i found them in the cupboard in the bran flakes box where he normally puts them in a cream box so lucky i found them we searched everywhere for them.
its been 122 days since my last gamble im feeling alot better i thought of gambling today but now its not worth it as i will only loose the money.
