Its been 123 days since my last gamble im feeling good I went to the gym today I really do need to loose some weight I trying but the weight is not coming off.
its been 124 days since my last gamble im doing really well I just need to get a job and everything will be good.
its been 127 days until my last gamble, im feeling good 4 months and 7 days ive not gambled for im doing well.
its been 129 days since my last gamble and im feeling good, I spent 35 on myself today bought myself a new bra, a new top and some pjs.
its been 130 days today not gambling im feeling good no more money is being spent on gambling I have my savings and that is good enough for me.
its been 134 days since my last gamble its my birthday this sunday I m going out with friends Saturday night for a Chinese and then drinks.
its been 136 days since my last gamble I was out last night for my birthday had a nice Chinese and went out for drinks. today its my birthday and
im just relaxing I got birthday cake later. I never want to gamble again.

Thanks tryer its been 140 days since my last gamble im feeling good ive just been to step aerobics tonight im still not working but I hope to be working in the next few months I cant drive but hope to be driving soon.
its been 141 days since my last gamble,im doing well nearly 5 months not gambling all that matters to me is today ive not gambled though and every day that is all that matters to me.
just take one day at a time.
