Best of luck J. I am just into day 7 now since a relapse...hopefullyy the last relapse I will ever have.

I am doing all the preventative things and trying to stay positive.

I really hope I can kick this habit all I keep thinking is what if today is my.lucky day and today is the day I get out of debt?! But then I tell myself look Jay your already on an uphill slog why change your hiking boots for trainers... excuse the example thought of it on the spot haha!!

Don't worry about relapse just one day at a time your doing great never give up.

Well I've made it to day 7 no gambling whatsoever! don't get me wrong guys I have had a few urges today I have been fine up until this point but rather than give into these urges I just threw myself into my work and put my phone in my locker so temptation was out of the way! I'm already starting to feel better about myself knowing I have taken all the appropriate action to start getting my debts paid off and sorted, that was until tax man started demanding money I blatantly do not owe but hey that's a different story but at least sorting that out is one more thing to take my mind off of the red black and green devil wheel!!
