150 days free of gambling today. Working hard. Focused on maintaining.
Weekend away in Barcelona with the boys this weekend. Things I used to miss out on to sit at home on my own and gamble.

Today brings up 5 months gambling free. Steaming onto that half a year. This weekend will bring challanges as the majority of my friends like to gamble. Not me though, I'm sure I can enjoy Barcelona vs Valencia without a bet! Went and watched some league two football in the P****** down rain yesterday. Horrible weather.

Work has been stressful this week and my partner poorly. But not even a suggestion in my mind to use gambling as my go-to.

24 weeks done. Marching onto half a year
Really relaxing day today. Took it off work. Strolled In to town, had some breakfast with my girlfriend then playing some golf. Live without gambling is unthinkably better than live with gambling.
