Have you told your family/ friends. I tried to stop so many times and within 2 weeks I was back at it, as there weren't really any personal repercussions, just financial. I came clean to everyone and I am on 40 days, I am too scared to let everyone down I think, so I hope that is enough motivation for me. It was the hardest day of my life but worth it once the mist clears
