had an not too good today..bought A dodgy laptop that is password locked...ohh well live and learn...better than sqaundering it all. Roll on nxt week to book hols for summer ...wooo hoo!
P.S..I am gonna start my 9 assignments tonite that should keep me busy. ;))
You have certainly had a few PC problems over the last couple of weeks mate,they can be frustrating at times!!!....,good to read that your in a position to book a holiday,that's great progress,keep up the good work and stay strong.

You know something the last three years have been the best in my life despite gambling ruining everything...I feel great now I have stopped...what a rush....I cant believe I have been living like that.. and it is still vivid in my mind..I just wish it would go that feeling...I had a bundle of cash today and the bookies were trying to call me..but the firewall is still there...BLOCK IT OUT...get on with your life...dont worry about your fears( BESIDES GAMBLING!!)..be strong if it happens it happens no regrets... If you ever get an urge try sayin I CANNOT WIN BECAUSE I CANNOT STOP!! as many times as you want...trust me it will put you off gambling forever!!...with a bit of tlc from us as well of course :')...b good and stay strong.....never slip into thinking about winning..just be negative and it will make u ++.positive++

Funny thing...when I read diaries it usually says about self exclusion?...how about self excluding your mind from gambling that works better I think?...the best way for exclusion is grab a bin and ram it through the f*****g window of the bookies ..SORRY ..For being so agessive but thats the way I feel (silently)...and believe me I am not rude at all.
