struggling with urges today but i think its because im bored. need to keep myself occupied!! 7 weeks tomorrow, im not going to give in now!! mainly because i know the urges will pass eventually 🙂

The bear

all my triggers are in my head today, all the things i used to use gambling to run away from. and i am the most anxious i have been in weeks. luckily im home alone so it means if i just wanna sit on the floor blaring out music i can! i will fight these feelings the hard way because the next time i get them it wont be as hard... i know that. I am now at my longest without gambling and am looking forward to 8..9...10 weeks and beyond! i can do this!
