Hopefully those thoughts have gone, or at least subsided, yes turn your music up, dance your heart away, lol, make a phone call to someone, whether it be family or friends, (I find this has helped me ) talking about anything and everything,

You are so right, get through this urge, and you will be stronger the nest time, every time we don't submit we do get stronger.

Got through it by taking a walk, ive been feeling much better since i got home! 🙂 ive put a dvd on now to distract myself!

50 days!!!!! 🙂 that was my first target i wanted to get too and the last couple of days have been really hard but here i am =)! not going to let myself down now, i dont care how hard it gets i will make 100 days! 🙂

This is by far the best I have ever gone in the 7 years i've been gambling! Never ever going to go back to the person i used to be!

52 days :)! Having a really stressful times atm, so im just extremely proud of myself for staying strong!
