Thanks dark place 62 days today cbt was good yesterday realised that I never focus in anything in my life unless it was gambling so am learning to focus from now on reading, learning new things, my son,my girlfriend, life.

Day 64 still on paternity leave enjoying family life doing the garden tidying new house things feel more natural now anxiety has definitely dropped a lot in the last 2 months just got to stay on the right path now 🙂

Day 66 day with family till this evening when going out to wet baby's head about 20 friends joining me which is nice I will say my baby boy is the best thing ever to happen to me 🙂 keep gambling in the past but I never forget its there x
