Day 52 good weekend over lovely Sunday walk to local with girlfriend and the dog nice relaxed day,ready now for another week of work could do without it but has to be done little mouth to feed soon 🙂 have great day everyone no gambling today, ps thanks everyone for your posts very much appreciated x

Day 53 hope everyone having good week my 5th cbt session yesterday it's made a massive difference to my life already it's enabled me to understand my problems and at least identify why I feel like a do wish I had done it years ago, have a great day everyone no gambling for me today 🙂

Good on ya for going past the 50 day mark. I'm back racking up the days now although as I said to DP the first big test will come on payday at the end of the month but I'm feeling confident that it won't be a problem what with Xmas coming up. I need that money for pressies so that will strengthen my resolve not to gamble with it. Nearly ruined Xmas last year and I will carry that thought to payday with me and beyond.

Get keep your chin up sadg you have done brilliant its not easy I know also making sure not to change our addictions is the key some people turn to drink when not gambling I have made sure that doesn't happen to me although the thoughts do cross my mind but have to show strength x

Day 55 couple of urges over last few days but cannot step back now I've come too far,the urges fade just making sure you have protection when they occur is the key have good gamble free day everyone x

Day 57 weekend is here just off to look at a car for my girlfriend wouldn't be able to if gambling as money would have been gone I'm not rich but not spending much 🙂 thanks all for your posts have great non gambling day x

Day 58 just bought a car just under 3k it seems like such a lot of money but just found one of my old bank statements when I spent double it over course of a week on horses ridiculous looking back but now my girlfriend and my baby she's carrying have something safe to drive around in,time to be a dad and look after what's important I'm learning all the time about myself at the moment but I'm enjoying life again have good Sunday evening all x
