Checking in. Life has taken a downward turn for me of late. I won't be running gambling tho. But the devastation of gambling lurks very close to me at the mo. I will in time put some thoughts down in my diary just to depressed to bother at the minute.

On a brighter note seeing so many checkins is great, really great. Don't wanna see those bookies getting another penny of our money. Keep it up everyone.

Hi everyone, I'm checking in gamble-free for I think 24 wonderful days.

Best of all this week I have FINALLY told my husband I have "had problems with online gambling". He was amazing. A really important step in my recovery, I feel.
