Day 431 and 432

Thanks as ever Dunc.

Big changes on the home front but we'll adjust and move on.

Things will work out for the better.

I went to GA last night. A very busy but worthwhile meeting.

Have a niceweekend

Gazza

Fella great to see that GA is still rewarding you for your efforts to attend the meetings, a medicine I wish we could bottle and freely give all compulsive gamblers a dose, We could call it "two fingers up to the bookies"!!

keep making the right choice my friend.

Didn't make it to GA last night but sent in my apologies.

Not posting much at present as not much to say.

Day 443

Spent a half hour or so reflecting on the last 14 months.

Read a few pages of my book, had some lunch and went for a walk.

So much nicer to do than spend time on gambling-nervous exhaustion, guilt ,remorse, panic...the list goes on

Evening Sir,

Cheers for the post the other day. Perfect timing! Whatever the reasons for continuing the daily count I take great heart from the fact that your number continues to rise. A real inspiration to myself and others.

Day 446

thanks Flagg for your reply.

Went to GA last night and am better for it today.

A busy meet-gambling reported which further serves as a reminder of what we are dealing with.

I'm hoping for a quiet weekend spent with the family.
