Just logged back in after a long absence from the forums and I also slipped back in to the bookies and back to day 1.
From reading your posts though you sound very positive about change again which is great. Keep up that fight and you’ll be fine. Relapses are all part of the recovery process and getting straight back to fighting this disease is the best way rather than doing what I did for months and thinking that because I’ve relapses I may as well carry on gambling, just doesn’t work!
