@annie92 yes it is far too easy!

In some ways to me it was imaginary money as well, having a payment card registered online meant you did not physically have to hand any money over.

You know you shouldn't put more money in however your addicted mind says it's ok as long as I win some of the losses back. You don't think clearly until it is too late & then the guilt hits, then a few days later the panic hits that you have to win what you lose back. The cycle then continues and continues.

Now I wake up every morning & look at my personal financial situation & smile to myself as I have managed to turn my life around. I did not think twice about extending my exclusion on Gamstop to 5yrs recently, I do not miss the gambling. However I know from my past that there always is a risk no matter how small that an event could trigger something.
