Hi People am after some advise

Im self excluded from partycasino and signed up to gamstop. On my partners partycasino account I was able to deposit  with my bank card, multiple times over the period of a few days. This is the same bank card on my account that I’m self excluded from.My question is shouldn’t this of been detected and the deposits refused or can these casinos still take payments from excluded members and ones that are signed up to gamstop and also refuse to pay out any winnings had that person of won

You can always make a claim but don't expect much. Many many similar stories went through here without much happening from the casino's end. Best story I can tell you is one that happened to me many years ago. I was playing on a sister site of a major casino that I had baned myself from. I accidentally got in contact with the main casino customer care and they banned me from the other casino as well. I argued that if they did not want to let me continue playing they should at least reimburse my deposits I had made but I was brushed off. So I went ahead and made a complaint to Malta authorities. After 2-3 months, the authority there got so vexed that I had complained against this major casino that the authority first turned my story into something completely different than I had complained about and "cautioned me"( yes that's right. Could not believe what I was reading) and explained that I would not be helped by them as I was an addict. I was chocked into the reality that "they" don't give two sh... about you. They just want the revenue to keep on turning over.

If you want to make a real difference you outsmart the industry by starting to take the steps to change this addiction. Once that happens you keep the money and they go without.

Happy New Year!

As Gamstop doesn't ask for bank details you're relying on the casino to keep a record of everything about you, but as you had a ban in place, any bank details wouldn't be stored. Data protection rules show that if something isn't being used then it's not allowed to be stored, therefore the casino wouldn't have live details of the account, therefore no way to cross check it against another user.

In this instance I would say your money has gone. Just consider your part in this action and in reality there should be no reason for them to return any money. It certainly wouldn't be out of goodwill, I've tried that myself over a slightly different scenario.

Chris.
