Hi, I've set a deposit limit of 10 pounds on a big betting site but afterwards, it still allowed me to deposit normally, I've lost alot of money. I've talked to support, they confirmed my deposit limit but they say they do no refund deposits voluntarily made by customers.
But since I've imposed myself a limit to how much I can deposit and they still allowed me to deposit normally like I didnt had any limits imposed, Im guessing due to a glitch in their software, doesn't all this account them to make me a refund? It's their mistake after all. their responsible gaming system did not function.
Not so sure it’s their responsibility chances are you changed them yourself or you only activated them for a certain period of time . I suggest you take it on the chin and self exclude. They’re not known for giving losing bets back
Dear rickandmorty,
The Gambling Commission has more information on how to progress a complaint against a gambling company. You can use a tool called Resolver to make the complaints process easier.

If you are finding yourself unable to stick to deposit limits, then perhaps your gambling is getting out of control. You'd be very welcome to call us on the Freephone HelpLine on 0808 8020 133 or chat to us on the Netline. We can chat with you about how you feel about your gambling, whether you want to make any changes, and we can help you with practical strategies and possibly also access to counselling and other forms of support.
Whatever you decide we wish you well.
