Hi

Only when I respected my self could I respect other people.

Only when I loved my self could I loved other people.

I am a non religious person and have been in recovery since 1971.

Why go to meeting if I have not gambled in over 31 years.

Time attending meetings is about my exchanging unhealthy habits in to healthy habits.

Time attending meetings is about finding healing peace and balance in my life today.

Time attending meetings is about understanding my healthy needs understanding my healthy wants and understanding my healthy goals.

By my healing my pains I no longer live in guilt shame or regret today.

I show my appreciation gratitude because it is an expression of my healthy spirtual values today.

I  use to think that having a healthy conscience was a curse, now I understand that having a healthy conscience was healthy guide in my life today.

Sadly people do not understand that living in the pains of our past disabled us from having intimacy today.

I use to think and feel so unworthy of healthy intimacy in my life.

Because of my healthy emotional intimacy is part of the healing process I embrace a healthy emotional intimacy with my self and every one today.

Saying I love you is empowering to me.

Only once I was abale to heal the hurt inner child in me would be the steps to healthy realtionships today.

Living in fear disabled me in so many ways.

Healing love and peace to every one.
