Please see chatlog below. Beatrice asked me whether I would like to leave feedback on the forum following this message which was an excellent way of getting me to sign up and thus intergrating me into the "family" instead of me merely using the advice she had provided me with along with information of where I could get help in person.

"James : Beatrice, thank you very much for your time this evening. Your process of qualification was thoughtful and calming. I appreciate the level of care you have put into this and also the quality of training GamCare have provided you with prior to our contact to enable you to deal with things thoroughly and efficiently. "
