Agreed DL,

But wasnt actually the point i was trying to articulate.

And in truth now, as not being a regular contributor to this forum, its probably not my place to say.

So, albeit myself owning this particular issue and also something that I've steered away from in the past as they are my very unqualified views, is that meds shouldnt be broadcasted on this forum.

My humble views is that meds are part of the big trap and dished out to easily.

My bad

Yeah, I was responding to the comments about not liking being edited which I did hate to begin with but with feedback from mods about what they've taken out and why, I find it helps me contribute better and within their guidelines so it bothers me not so much anymore. I get it. We're all different and they probably know more than anyone what would upset other members cos they deal with the Helpline calls and stuff.

On your point about not liking meds, that's deeply personal to you but some folk don't have a choice but to take the meds they are prescribed. It's not like you can eat healthy greens to beat a condition like Schizophrenia or Epilepsy. Some conditions do require medication and I don't see why talking about what you need personally would have an affect on someone else's recovery?

Regards

I stand corrected Drama, prob why I've always tended to keep my point of view to my self on meds.

Guessing in a nutshell as a disclaimer, despite a liking of the non prescribed chems in my past, I've always shied away from using a prescribed chem for my woes.

But - My Bad and shouldnt of beoached on this particular subject

You absolutely should have broached on the subject! I love a good debate or discussion and there is nothing wrong at all with the fact that you have a differing opinion to mine. It makes me think and I love that!

I went on a webex today at work about eating well for the brain and I've been taking anti-depressants for months/over a year without much improvement in my mental health. I am absolutely on board with trying a healthier diet to help my brain heal. I just wanted to voice that not everyone has that choice.

I also have to take some pretty heavy meds for my Rheumatoid Arthritis but I don't have a choice in that cos I don't wanna end up in a wheelchair. Also, my violent Asthmatic reactions to things like Rabbit Hair and Hay and stuff like that mean I have to take the steroid puffers to get over it or I would like die I reckon.

I agree with you, in-part. Please don't be put off posting. You say good stuff.

Thanks DL,

Again, you've managed to make me chuckle.

And a wise DL as well

Keep digging into them weeds.
