Why do I get emails sent to me when someone mentions my user profile in a post ?
Other people have access to my emails.
i do not not want ANY emails EVER sent to my email address ever.

Hi K2 , I think you have to unsubscribe for new replies as appears at the top of this page you’ve just posted or there’s also one on your profile page that you can do the same on . I know when the site recently changed over I was getting emails all the time saying someone had mentioned me or posted on my diary , just switch the option off which should resolve it . It’s no biggie and nobody knows or can see your emails . All the best
Ps there’s also one at the bottom of the page where you can subscribe or unsubscribe from the topic as well ?

however on my profile, subscriptions it says in yellow block “no subscriptions for this member” and checking the topics, I know that none have been ticked to subscribe.
it only appears to happen when someone users a response in the format @KS2
