I want to say thankyou to gamcare. You've been at the end of the phone at some of my darkest times, and remained professional and supportive at all times. Youve guided me to the right resources and sometimes been my shoulder to cry on. You've seen me at my lowest , and got me help when I didn't even know I needed it as I was so unwell. I want to thank you all. Gamcare is amazing and I couldn't of got through at times without you. Thankyou to all the staff who have supported me on calls, live chat and chatroom. I'm now out the other side,mentally I'm better than ever and my recovery is going well. I no longer need to gamble to escape my mental health. Thankyou ???
