Hi my names Mike and I've gone 11 days without gambling now I've put betting blockers on my phone and told my partner to pin protect it so I don't know the pin and can't access the sites , doesn't stop the urges though but I'm starting to enjoy family time more now.. I used to be glued to my phone amd when a bet lost I'd take it out on my family ! Which obviously isn't there fault ?, this is my 3rd attempt at quitting gambling buy this time I feel more determined then ever , going to my first GA meeting tonight aswel so .. hopefully on the up.Â

Well done on hitting 11 days , i like yourself have quit and have gone 22 days so far, like yourself this is not my first attempt of quitting , i am sure we can beat this disgusting addiction this time. Good look with your GA meeting .
