I must admit it has been a tough weekend, it’s has been the first weekend where I haven’t been busy so spent a bit of time relaxing which made some cravings come back for the weekend football that I always placed bets on.Â
It zapped a bit of energy out of me with fighting the demons which made me have a headache and a bit distant from my partner. I didn’t crumble however and feel more positive today.Â
