Hi guys. Really struggling this week finding it very difficult to stay gamble free. I've even logged into a website just to watch the live tables.

316 days gamble free and this is my first real test in many months. What do you guys find effective when in situations like this?

thanks!

Install gamban straight away on legit sites tie down every last imeagineable way for you to gamble including bank card blocks moses for bricks and mortar venues such as bookies and if you are watching non gambling commission uk sites .you would be just as well throwing your money in the bin as the chances of them ever paying you out as next to zilcho anyway

Hi funk

I am on 199 GF days.

When I am struggling I remember the things that I have gained since quitting.

1. I haven't had to borrow a penny since I stopped betting.

2. I have been a lot less stressed. I sleep better.

3. My family and friends are pleased with my progress. I am happier as a result.

I also remember the things I would lose.

1. I would lose control of my finances. Any spell of gambling leads to me doing more gambling until most if not all of my money is gone.

2. I would lose a lot of time. When gambling I tend to focus on that and nothing else.

3. My partner would probably leave me if I started gambling again. She has had to put up with a lot of my problems over the last 7 years and she would feel angry, upset and betrayed.

Then I think about what gambling would do for me

1. Almost certainly very little. Gambling companies don't make mistakes. The house almost always wins eventually.

Usually I don't feel like gambling when I write a list like this.

I wish you success on your gamble free journey.
