Hi i am 33 days into no gamberling and so far so good. I have not had an easy time of it. Its been a roller coaster emotional amd physical thing have gone wrong some have gone right. But i can proudly say am 33 days free i am seeing my debts getting clear in 2months i will be debt free gamble free i will be a better person i am strong i will get through this. Whe i first stopped i didnt see it would get better but no i seeing my debts and my life improving theres nothing more satisfying.

Well done Yojojojo91 on 33 days gamble free. It's very powerful to hear about how at first you couldn't see how it would get better but only a month later you are already seeing positive changes. Would be good to hear about what sort of steps you have taken to get here. What are you finding helpful in your recovery?
I hope this helps anyone who is struggling to imagine a way out of gambling. Everyone will move at a different pace, it might take longer for some but every step forward helps.Â
