I am officially gamble free for 1 year today! It only feels like yesterday that I was reaching out in desperation for someone to help me and get me rid of this awful addiction. To all those who are struggling or just on the road to recovery I wish you all the best for 2022. Counselling really did help me massively and I am so grateful for Gamecare for putting me in touch with Breakeven.

Hi, welcome to the 1 year club, well done. I totally agree that the counselling arranged by Gamcare is amazing and really helped me as well talk through the whys of how I reached rock bottom.
