Today marks my 50th day gamble free. Although it’s a massive achievement for me, it’s not been easy.

Headaches & sleepless nights have been happening every day but I have to break the devastating cycle that this plays on your brain.

The biggest thing that haunts me is the massive amount of loses accumulated over the years, but to move forward I have to bypass that & look to the future.

Best thing I could have done was to sign up to Gamstop, so please do this to stand any chance of being successful.

Hopefully I’ll be back to celebrate 100 days next.

Stay safe

Hiya, well done on the 50 days.  I suffered from sleepless nights too, I was referred for sleep therapy where I went on an 8 week sleep restriction plan, it was tough but it sorted me out. Keep us posted on how you're doing.

Well done m8, I know how you feel with sleep.staying off your phone/video games helps if your on them devices a lot as it stimulates dopamine.also I used nytol 50mg from the chemist until my sleep got back to normal.stay strong.

I remember the headaches etc. - proper withdrawal symptoms.

The good news is that it gets better over time. If you have done 50 days, that's amazing and you are well set to keep on.

All the best!
