Anyone have any further tips on quitting this stupid habit? What an absolute waste of time and money gambling is. It’s soul destroying. I’m on Gamstop but it doesn’t limit some overseas casinos. Thinking about where all this money could have been spent depresses me. You win money and then it all just goes back on the casino. How they can allow people to get into these situations is beyond me and it’s all self inflicted when addiction is horrible. I’m just basically working for nothing with so much debt. Any help is appreciated.Â

I know how you feel I’m in the same position. I tried to exclude from overseas casinos too but had to do this individually it’s a shame there is nothing for this. Have you tried net blocker or stopping gambling payments with your bank. I often feel down about the money I have wasted and feel such a massive guilt and regret knowing it’s just been a huge loss for me being so irresponsible well that’s just how I see myself in my own addiction.
