So last weekends trigger was hangover and now I know i need to be careful of that.  Another big loss. I do feel c**P as no matter how many times or places i self excuse theres always a new one ready to rob you. Maybe this will be the last time. Who knows. Sure hope so.

I understand your struggle. I have such an addiction that slowly crept up on me. First I never thought of gambling in my life. Then when I was introduced, and almost immediately I felt the same feeling of "addiction" that came upon me in other areas of life that I've felt in years past ...it was scary and I knew it would be dangerous for me to gamble as any addiction is for me...

Now here I am, years later by the way... down on my luck by far today..

I had a good cry tonight and got online to find a forum to chat out my addiction with others suffering the same.

One thing I know for sure about addiction, is you will always be an addict but you can make a trade for something good. Like exercise, reading, self expression etc... something to think of

I've cycled through recovery and relapse around 10 times so far. Have you considered Gamstop. That made it impossible for me to play - Along with having Gamban on my devices. Im tempted but can't go back now.
