I found one nearby where I work on Mondays. Im going to see if I can join up and attended. Would love to hear back from anyone who's had experience of attending GA meetings as I think I'll spend the whole meeting breaking down in tears.
I would 100% recommend GA…I have struggled for years to stop gambling and tried everything but the only thing that has worked for me so far is GA, I live in middle of nowhere so attend online meetings twice a week, I’m about to start a live meeting tomorrow which I’ll go to once a month as well as the online ones.  I have cried loads but it’s like letting pressure out of a valve, you feel better the more you talk, and everyone knows exactly what you’re talking about, there’s nothing you can say that Will shock anyone because they will have all been there and done it…sometimes a lot worse!!  Good luck, I hope you find the strength to try it out!!Â
