I joined in october. Didn't gamble for couple of weeks then i was back on it. I have hit the rock bottom and lost 5-6 thousands. My worst enemy is chasing losses. How do you deal with thinking how much money you could have had by now if you wouldn't gamble. Thanks

Your worst enemy is gambling full stop. A compulsive gambler can never win as we cannot stop, it’s that simple. Quitting is not so easy but it can be done with a true desire to stop and as much support as you can get. Your nearest GA meeting is a great place to start.
