Day1

Yesterday passed quite easily, always remembered the first few days are easy, well for me anyways and then the determination disappears.

Just heading to pub to watch a important game up here in Scotland.

Another day ticked off, no real urges.

Another day completed yesterday, down at the caravan with my son. Can't really gamble if I wanted to thanks to the barriers I've put in place. I only have Apple Pay on my phone for emergencies, I have about £10 in cash on me and no bank cards. Have ordered new bank cards and my wife will take a note of the 3 digits at the back and then mark them out so that stops any online transactions. Sounds dramatic but as I've mentioned I had 2 years gamble free thanks to these steps.

I'm loving the fact you are picking yourself up , dusting yourself off and powering on. You have your goals and you are just moving a day at a time. I found that was the best way for me it's day 1515 today since I gambled last and life is so much better since I've stopped. Keep it up mate you are doing so well.
