So my exclusion ended today...and I relapsed. 5.33am and that's me just come to my senses...thank goodness only a small amount tonight but money is not the problem here it is the way I was feeling as I was playing....so frustrated that the help given to me by others here went out the window as I stared at the screen hoping the spin would be in my favour...but then again I was in another world not even thinking about it!! Tomorrow I will self seclude again.

Hi Mo, sorry for hearing that you relapsed my friend, but well done for posting again.
Blocking software is the only way to go - self-excluding isn't enough my friend; there can't be any half measures - the fact that you knew exactly when it expired speaks volumes for how ineffective it was.
You still need to work on yourself my friend - a lot of people self-exclude/block, and then think they are "cured" - these are only preventative measures - you need to find your way back to where you were before; whatever it takes to rediscover the resolve and strength that you maintained for so many years.
Don't think about it, install blocking software immediately after reading this. The more you think about it, the less likely you will be to do it, so make sure you do it now, because there is less chance tomorrow will ever come.

Thanks James for your words of wisdom. I know what I have to do but it is having the strength to do it. My life has changed so much over the last year and that I think is what has triggered me back to gambling. I cannot change my life just take one day at a time but I can stop gambling. How do I start a diary as I thought that's what I had started last night with the first posting here.

Hi
My name is Liz and I fully understand where you are coming from because I have several accounts and I keep excluding myself and like you I know exactly when they expire and I'm usually ready and waiting. I cannot download software because there isn't any for my kindle which is where I play most. If anyone has any ideas pls let me know.
Kind regards
