Hi pal, how's things?
Hope you have had a good weekend x

Good thanks annie.
Still fighting the urges though.
Spent the day with my kids yesterday it was a good day.
One of the things i have noticed when you stop your mental health improves rapidly.
Not saying i am cured but i do feel better.
Not sure if we are ever cured Marko, but with determination we can remain gamble free. And, over time you will continue to feel much better. Every day you are free from this odious addiction, you will get stronger pal. So glad you are enjoying having fun with the kids; they are only wee for a short time so make the most of it and make lovely memories for them.
Wishing you all the best on our shared journey xx

Hi annie.
Hope you are well.
I dont wont to say to much about my current situation.
IMO, Fellow CG,s need to be reading positive posts not my self inflicted pitty.
Not saying members should not tell there stories they should but also post about the positives in there lives.
We CG,s will hook on to any excuse to gamble feeling sad or depressed
Seems to be a pretty good excuse.
The posative for me is i have not gambled for awhile i will leave it there,
Thanks for asking how i am Annie.
Marko, many thanks for the update. I'm glad you've remained gamble free. Take care pal x
