After losing so much money i finally thought it was time to stop giving my money to bookies fobt roulette machines. You just win once then they take your money slowly. Ive noticed the ball spins for ever when you bet big..fixed game. In honestly its a computer program that decides where the ball lands. Quitting will be hard considering ive played 3 years non stop. Debt is what will happen if i continue to squander more money. Has anyone got ideas to stop playing fobts roulette!
1st step is to Self-exclude. Both online and in-store. Get as many of these in place as possible. Will give you something productive to focus on in early days to distract you. Don't use the line 'I only do it at the bookies' etc. When you can't do roulette in one place your demon self will look for other ways.

You have to make a serious choice. It is either continue to play the machines and lose a decent amount of income in the long run or to quit. The machines are designed to be addictive and trigger chasing with results near big wins. Shops are making £4500 on average weekly between the machines.
Welcome to the forum Gambler2019. Do you seriously trust roulette on a computer chip?
However you need to focus on an addiction that needs more than just deciding to stop. If you have been hooked playing then you need to reach out for all the help and advice in a born again moment.
Quitting wiil be hard if you are in anyway casual about it. Im going to be harsh with some tough love. Are you now ready to stop because its more than just writing a few lines about how you have noticed that it doesnt seem random.
Write down your losses and tell someone close. Read the forum and start learning about an addiction which got to all of us. You need to be certain that you want to stop gambling completely and not just feel you want to stop losing
There is NO system on roulette and it ruins people. Debt, divorce homelessness and bankruptcy is what it has lined up for compulsive gamblers.
Being gamble free is a wonderful feeling but you have to face this and take all the measures to block and restrict access to cash.
Best wishes from everyone on the forum

Been to vegas did not win on roulette. Spent alot.
I think the rule is avoid roulette full stop. Its a random game. No skill involved just deperation to win. I havent played online or fobt for 7 days so doing good. I think people like yourself are an inspiration to help problem gamblers and also i will spread the message to get help. Had a mate who gambled everything and played until he lost his job..thats roulette for you. Now casinos are letting people in without being members so be warned to all the people that are trying to stop gambling. Thanks for reading and goodluck to all.
Will post more once i carrying on trying to stop.godbless.
I had a friend who gambled on fobt,s and said the bookies staff laughed at him when he lost and were really rude to him when he was under pressure. Have you noticed how quick they are when you lose all your money to empty the machine..... really makes my blood boil. I do generally feel it for vulnerable people who have no supprt.
