Gamban is going to save my life

Thats great news that you’ve put gamban in place. I too use to play online and signed up to Gamstop which is the exclusion for all online casinos in the UK. Have you thought about joining that as it would be a second layer of protection. It means even if you wanted to access an account you can’t as it deactivates all existing accounts and stops you being able to open any during the period you are signed up for which can be up to 5 years. That quashed my online gambling and it’s great.

thanks for your reply! Sorry I was mistaken it is Gamstop that I signed up to and am so impressed with it! First time since I can remember that I don’t feel like my money is at risk!

oh okay, then yes Gamstop is a life changer and will save a lot of people from losing lots of money and heartache. 

Im on day 6 gf today and feel 100 times better then I did 6 days ago. I have put loads of blocks in place on top of Gamstop so it will be very difficult for me to follow through on any urge. 

I am hoping that was my last rock bottom.

Yeah I’m feeling ok still struggling with accepting my most recent huge loss as I’ve had to cancel a holiday I had booked which hurts! But I’m just trying to look forward and not dwell on what has already been done!
