Today I let myself down and gambled £20 on a slot online site. I felt stressed and turned back to the site. I gambled £20 then left the site I walked away , normally it would of been a lot more money but I walked away. I have faith I will get through this horrible addiction. I know many women/Men go through this addiction

Just started my journey to be addiction free today. Took money and said last gamble before I start. Lost, of course but self excluded (felt surreal) next is my online accounts. Well done for walking away, staying away is what I hope I can do.

I agree, I play slots at the bookies and the bonuses, features and ability to then gamble the win are highly addictive. As you say tomorrow's a new day

P.S unsubscribe from as many of those unwanted emails as you can. Block Facebook adds from gambling sites, but we both know adverts are everywhere . I am only just realising how much gambling is everywhere

More you block the ads more they appear. Best thing is to try and scroll passed them. And your right once you start playing the slots they make you think your winning with the bonus in the games. That's the addiction

I’m so feeling the pressure today.?

i hadn’t gambled since 18dec 2019 then March 23rd started online again and have spent near on £2000 in over draft fees and borrowed. I’m currently seriously struggling with mental health depressive disorder ocd repulsive thoughts abs finding the gambling situation so difficult! I just feel so alone and like I’m the most selfish person in the world. I don’t know what to do because this addiction is the worst.
