Hi all.. I had my last bet at 13.30pm on the 22nd of May this year..its been very hard but it's now getting easier. Thanks to gamcare councilling. (a weekly one hour one to one meeting) my gambling was taking over my life betting hundreds of pounds a week, taking out loans to fund my addiction, lieing to my future wife, and being a diseatful lieing a@@ehole..
